Target Species: Horses

Dosage Guidelines:

• The recommended dose level of Equimec Tape is 200µg Ivermectin/kg and 1mg/kg Praziquantel liveweight and is given orally
• The contents of one syringe will treat one horse at 600 kg liveweight
• Each weight marking on the syringe plunger will deliver 1.29g of paste, which is sufficient to treat 100kg liveweight
• To administer, unlock the knurled ring by making a ¼ turn to the left
• Adjust the plunger shaft to the prescribed weight marking
• Turn the knurled ring ¼ to the right to lock it in place
• Make sure there’s no feed in the horse’s mouth
• Remove the plastic cap from the tip of the nozzle
• Insert the syringe into the side of the horse’s mouth and place it in the gap between the front and the back teeth
• Deliver the paste to the back of the tongue by pressing the plunger completely
• Raise the horse’s head for a few seconds immediately after administration to ensure the full dose has been swallowed

• Not to be used for any purpose contrary to the label

• May irritate eyes and skin on contact

• Store below 30°C (Room Temperature). Protect from light.
• Dispose of the empty container by wrapping it in paper and putting it in the garbage
