1: Delivery Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for irrespective of the size.

However, if we need to arrange for special shipments for some regions which are not covered by our courier partners, the charges will be levied depending on the weight of the product and the zone defined by postal partners.

2: Order Dispatch

Order will be dispatched same day or the next business day after it is placed.

3: Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3- 10 business days depending on the region and shipping method. However, we advise you to allow us up to 10 working days. You can even use our Auto-Delivery service so that you don’t run out of your pet supplies and can be free from hassle of reordering. In case the order is delayed by more than 10 working days, please do contact our customer care desk for assistance.

Gentle reminder that our services in some locations will be impacted because of widespread catastrophic floods in Queensland and Northern NSW regions of Australia.

4: Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. 5: How to track the order?

6: What is your return policy?

We have 100% money back return policy. If you wish to return the product, for any reason, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only after they are cleared by our Returns Team.

Before returning an order please contact our customer care executive via email or call.

Please Note: For wrong order delivery, contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery and ensure that the returns are in their original pack in sealed condition.

7: What is refund policy?

Once the returned item is received & processed by our returns team, your refund will be processed. Please note that all the refunds can only be made to the original mode of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your card.

8: What about the delivery after reship or refund on the order?

If you receive the original order after the reship or refund, you need to return the received package within five days of delivery. In case, you failed to return, you will be billed for the same.
