Directions for Use:

Chickens - Ascaridia gali, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria spp.:

• 600 g of Fluverm per tonne of feed, equivalent to 30 g of flubendazole (30 ppm), for 7 consecutive days.
• For small numbers of animals, mix 1 supplied measuring spoon (13 g) of Fluverm into 21.5 kg of compound feed for chickens.

Chickens - Tapeworm:

• 1200 g of Fluverm per tonne of feed, equivalent to 60 g of flubendazole (60 ppm), for 7 consecutive days.
• Ensure birds have access to feed to enable consumption of the required dose.
• Optimum results are achieved when stringent chicken housing hygiene requirements are followed.

Pigs -Ascaris suum, Hyostrongylus rubidis, Oesophagostomum dentatum, and Metastrongylus apri.

• 600 g of Fluverm per tonne of feed, equivalent to 30 g of flubendazole (30 ppm), for 10 consecutive days.

Breeding Pigs - Individual and Single Administration:

• Mix Fluverm into feed at a dose of 5 mg flubendazole per kg bodyweight.
• This corresponds to 1 supplied measuring spoon (13 g) of Fluverm per 130 kg bodyweight.
• Thoroughly mix Fluverm into feed to ensure even distribution.
• Feed can be administered as mash, crumble or pellet.

• Do not overdose.
• Contraindicated for use in pigeons and parrots.
• Use treated feeds within 6 months of preparation.

• When opening the container and preparing the product for use, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, or equivalent clothing, and elbow-length chemical-resistant gloves.
• Wash hands after use.
• After each day's use, wash gloves and contaminated clothing.
• It is very toxic to aquatic life. Do not contaminate wetlands or watercourses with this product or used containers.

Withholding Periods:

• Chicken meat: Remove all medicated feed 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.
• Eggs: Zero (0) days.
• Pig meat: Remove all medicated feed 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.

• (ESI) Do not use less than 7 days before slaughter for export.
