I ordered a bag of dog food and some shampoo from Discountpetcare.com.au. However, By mistake I added wrong address, and they even shipped the address. It was completely my fault and I called them to see what my options were - if I could re-order or maybe pay to have it picked up and shipped to my address... They said no problem, corrected the address in my account, and re-sent the items I ordered. This was the most positive, easy, and caring service I have ever had! I will be a long time loyal customer!

Can't find a better option than this. Best online pet shop to deal with all our pet's daily requirements and best prices ever. Would recommend.

While ordering and paying for this product (Dog Shampoo) was easy through Discount Pet Care Australia and delivery was quick, I was very disappointed in the product itself. It didn't lather up as expected and so was I disappointed with no dirt moving away. I messaged Discount Pet Care requesting a replacement or refund. They were very quick to get back to me on call and I was happy to accept a refund. I was very happy with their quick response and for having the issue sorted. Thank you.
