Products are good & price was decent. I shopped around at different sites for “Hill's Science Diet” brand. I thought it was a good deal, and it turned out to be the best!. Will come again next time.

I ordered a bag of dog food and some shampoo from Discountpetcare.com.au. However, By mistake I added wrong address, and they even shipped the address. It was completely my fault and I called them to see what my options were - if I could re-order or maybe pay to have it picked up and shipped to my address... They said no problem, corrected the address in my account, and re-sent the items I ordered. This was the most positive, easy, and caring service I have ever had! I will be a long time loyal customer!
