Ranvet's Virkon-S is a broad-spectrum virucidal disinfectant. The formula offers complete disease control for hard surfaces and is extensively used for aerial disinfection. Created with a balanced and stabilized blend of various organic and inorganic disinfectants, Virkon-S provides effective control of viruses, bacteria and fungi and it is proven to be highly efficient against all virus families affecting humans and animals.

Virkon-S is a non-taining composition that leaves no environmental residue. It comes with a potent antibacterial activity which cleans and disinfects at the same time. The formula is made in both powder and tablet forms for easy usage and convenient storage, transportation and dilution. It is suitable for use on all types of farms and hatcheries, and it is proven to be safe and acceptable for use with all animals and birds.

Directions for Use:

Cleansing and disinfecting equipment:

  • Dilution 1:200 (0.5%), Application rate: 300-400 mL/m2
  • Rinse product which contains surfaces with potable water after use.
  • At the times when a prolonged contact with metal surfaces is anticipated, rinse with potable water.
  • Rinse the application equipment after the use.

Cleansing porous surfaces:

  • Dilution 1:100 (1.0%), Application rate 300-400 mL/m2

Active Ingredients: A balanced, stabilized blend of peroxygen compounds, surfactant, organic acids, and an inorganic acid buffer system
