COVID-19 Update


Due to this unprecedented situation, we are experiencing an increase in demand of products. Our teams are working diligently to confirm that all orders are packed and shipped in the quickest possible time. However, we are advising customers that there may be some delays. We are working with our shipping partners to make certain that orders are delivered safely and in quick manner. In accordance with the government guidelines we are offering contact less deliveries to ensure the well being of our drivers and customers.


The health and well-being of our staff is very important to us. In accordance with the WHO guidelines, we have allowed our customer service staff to work from home as this also helps in minimising the spread.

As a result, we will not be able to answer any calls at this time. However, we will continue to offer customer support via emails and will respond to all voicemails. We will try our best to respond to all customer concerns at the earliest, but do request for your understanding in case of some delays.
