Directions to use:

• Test on a small hidden area first to check for colour safety.
• Apply a small amount and wait 5 minutes, then wipe with a white cloth.
• If colour fades, do not use it on that surface.
• Do not use on untreated hardwood, leather, suede, silk or wool speciality fabrics.
• Always use the product at full strength. Do not dilute.
• Use this product before applying other cleaners, as some detergents can set stains that are hard to remove.

For Stain Removal:

• Wipe up as much of the stain as possible.
• Soak the stained area thoroughly with thisproduct.
• Let it sit and work for 15 minutes.
• Blot the area with a clean cloth.
• Allow the area to air dry for 24 hours.
• While treated areas dry, keep pets away.
• For tough or solid stains (such as faeces, or vomit/hairballs):
• Follow steps 1-2 above.
• Gently scrub the area with a soft-bristle brush for about 1 minute.
• Let it air dry for 24 hours.

For Odour Elimination:

• Remove any excess mess that causes the smell.
• Soak the area completely with this product.
• Deep saturation is important so the formula can reach the source of the odour.
• For carpets, this may mean lifting the carpet slightly and applying it to the pad and floor underneath.
• Do not wipe the area after applying.
• Let it air dry naturally.
• The odour will fade as the area dries.
• For old or stubborn odours:
• After soaking the area with this product, place a towel dampened with water over the spot.
• Leave it in place for 1-2 hours.
• This helps the enzymatic action work deeper to break down lingering odour particles.
