Delivery Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for all orders irrespective of the size.

However, if we need to arrange for special shipments for some regions which are not covered by our courier partners, in such cases, the charges will be levied depending on the weight of the product and the zone defined by postal partners.

Order Dispatch

Order will be dispatched same day or the next business day after it is placed.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3- 10 business days depending on the region and shipping method. But, please order in advance and give atleast 10 days lead time or better use our Auto-Delivery service so that you don’t run out of your pet supplies. In case the order is delayed by more than 10 working days, please do contact our customer care desk for assistance.

Please note that our courier prtners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. In case, you do not receive shipping notification email within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us through email: contact@discountpetcare.com.au

How to track the order?

What is your return policy?

We have 100% money back return policy. If you wish to return the product, for any reason, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returns are in their original pack in sealed condition. Returns will be accepted only after they are cleared by our team.

Before returning an order please call us to get Return Authorisation Number. (RTN) Write this number on your packaging while returning it.

What is refund policy?

Once the returned item is received & processed by our returns team, your refund will be processed. Please note that all the refunds can only be made to the original mode of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your card.

What about the delivery after reshipped or refund on the order?

If you receive the original order after you get reship or refund, you need to return the received package within five days. In case, you failed to return the same, you will be charged the amount for the same.
